For input materials, mechanical and dynamics equipment supplied from supplierswill be set up with strict control and reporting systems by GreenWorld before being processed and assembled at the workshop to ensure the quality. All the standard have been strictly followed to limit errors, eliminate risks arising from poor quality materials and equipment.
For mechanical devices before being processed at the factory, common software such as AutoCAD, Solidwork are used to draw device structure in detail and 3D blocks before being combined to run with the latest emulation software such as OpenFOAM or Ansys to simulate and predict current fields, pressure distribution, velocity on equipment surface ...
This ensures the quality of the processing equipment, and the dynamic equipment operating according to the set specifications before leaving the factory
For each project, the command committee wiil be established and coordinated closely with the QA/QC quality control team for each construction site including setting up management system procedures, quality management system and implementation of the inspection of products in each stage of construction works. Thereby ensuring the construction quality is maintained at the highest level, meeting customer requirements.
