Investment project to build a starch processing factory in Kon Ray district, Kon Tum province with a capacity of 200 tons/day of Fococev Tay Nguyen has high wastewater volume and high COD concentration of> 20,000mg/l. Therefore, GreenWorld has optimized the design through the application of specific anaerobic microbiological technologies to thoroughly handle the input pollutant load as well as recover the biogas for reuse.
Wastewater treatment process has many different treatment levels including preliminary treatment, Physicochemica, treatment beforegoing to G.IIA® - anaerobic technology to treat COD in wastewater. After that wastewater is led into G.SBR®multisteps - biological system to thoroughly handle the remaining pollutants including total nitrogen, COD, phosphorus .... Wastewater continues to be put into the secondary physicochemical treatment process to eliminate all pollutants before going through the finalizing system and being discharged directly into the environment. Biogas is collected from G.IIA® and brought to the factory for reuse.
